Wilderness Hunting Terms
Rates and fees are quoted in US $
- A deposit of $1200.00 per hunter is required in order to confirm booking.
- Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 3
(six) months before the date of arrival will result in refund of your deposit $400.00 unless a re-booking can be arranged.
Any cancellation made more than 6 (six) months before the date of arrival will result refund of your deposit $1200.00 .
- Payments: Visa, Mastercard Credit Card or traveler cheques (checks) will be accepted.
- Final payment must be made on the last day of your hunting safari.
- Trophy fees are payable on all animals bagged or wounded.
- All quotes are incl. 15% Tax
- Packages can be upgraded.
- Travel, medical, and personal insurance is recommended.
- All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure
the safety of our guests and their possessions, but we accept no responsibility, directly or implied, for losses, injury or damages whatsoever.
- All guests are required to sign a personal indemnity contract, before commencement of the safaris and tours.
